  • Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing senior talent to managing the entire recruitment cycle for each position.
  • Maintain relevant metrics and provide management information on recruitment activity and costs to key stakeholders.
  • Support recruitment activities, including sourcing potential candidates, reviewing CVs, arranging interviews, conducting telephone screenings, managing the offer process, and handling administrative tasks when necessary.
  • Develop and nurture a network of contacts internally and externally to maximize recruitment opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the wider TA and HR team to ensure adherence to recruitment standards and drive process improvements for optimal efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, legislation, and current methodologies within the recruitment environment, ensuring compliance of all stakeholders involved in the RLB recruitment process.

Candidate Specification:

  • Innovative mindset with a willingness to challenge the norm
  • A team player with a positive attitude, approachable nature, and flexibility
  • Experience in direct sourcing, showcasing the ability to research and evaluate candidates effectively
  • Proven track record of supporting and implementing creative and practical recruitment solutions in challenging and complex environments
  • Excellent customer service, communication (both written and verbal), and client relationship-building skills at all levels
  • Capable of working independently on a diverse range of projects under pressure
  • Good level of IT competency, particularly in MS Office suite, and database systems.
