Role Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity for an undergraduate project management student looking for a Year Out Placement as part of their degree program. You will work alongside experienced professionals and gain practical experience in all aspects of project management. You will contribute to a wide range of projects, both large and small, within sectors such as commercial, residential, healthcare, and education.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • As a Year-Out Placement Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Project Support: Assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects.
  • Documentation: Supporting the preparation of project reports, meeting minutes, and project documentation.
  • Budget and Schedule Management: Helping monitor budgets, timelines, and project deliverables, ensuring that key milestones are met.
  • Client Interaction: Attending client meetings and helping to foster strong client relationships by addressing queries and providing regular updates.
  • Risk Management: Assisting in the identification and mitigation of risks associated with project delivery.
  • Compliance: Ensuring that project processes comply with RLB’s quality and safety standards.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with various stakeholders, including contractors, designers, and other consultants, to deliver projects successfully.
